    Mexican President Andrés Manuel Lopéz Obrador has made heroic gestures in the past like in June when he stood against the United States in favor of leftish governments at the Summit of the Americas, but he seems to be making an heroic blunder in the immediate future. His plan to build the $9 to $15 billion Mayan Train is what I’m talking about.
