    Fully six days after Independence Day, fireworks are still disrupting our late evening accord here on the sometimes explosive frontier between Indiana and Ohio. I wonder if they are still celebrating Independence Day or just our Second Amendment right to shoot off fireworks. I think it’s the latter so I don’t blame July 4t…
