July first showdown

An old vet rolled past me in the alley the other day. I was about to cut the grass and waved to him. He stopped his wheelchair to talk for awhile. One of the first things he said was that on July 1st it would be legal to carry a firearm in Indiana without a permit. We both agreed that in the times we’re living, that was crazy.
